Salima operates out of Saudi Arabia, and helps in marketing local interest to potential customers based in the region. It has also set-up a branch in Dubai, where further alliances with local brokerage houses are currently being negotiated.
Internationally, Operators has formed a partnership with “Groupe A Vendre A Louer” to help provide technical know-how, and ways to reach a much wider customer base.

We privilege quality and not numbers. We have in Inventory around 1500 properties. This is nothing compared to the 100,000 or so empty properties available today in Lebanon, but these are real interesting properties that can and will find a buyer or renter.

On the other hand, we have currently a demand of 200 potential buyers or renters. These are serious real estate seekers who trust us and know we will look for their interest before ours!

After visiting the property, we establish with the property owner a technical sheet describing the property. We back up this sheet with drawings and/or brochure whenever available, that we scan into our specialized Estate Agency Management Software. If necessary, we also take digital pictures that we add to the property file.

We then market this property thru advertising in newspapers and our Internet Portal, or thru phone calls to our existing clientele.
All our marketing and sales efforts are registered so we can update the property owners consistently and on a regular basis.

Our Internet based Estate Agency is updated on a daily basis, so our real estate database can be seen by potential customers throughout the world.
