Today, Operators manages over 70 fine projects in Lebanon.
It provides Administration, and Logistical services
for over 1000 customers. They are selected quality projects,
with a demanding and discriminating clientele.
Depending on each property owner(s)’ specific
needs, Operators will tailor-make the package necessary
to ensure correct accounting and reporting, legal proceduring,
and bidding and commissioning. In all, it helps the
owners maintain the highest standards needed for a smooth
and professional management of their properties.
We divide the Property Management into two major
fields of Work:
1-Administration
Management
2-Operations
Management
Each property is assigned a Property Manager who’s
main duty becomes to coordinate between the tenants
of the property, and the various departments of Operators.
This localized approach gives the tenants one contact
point handling all administrative and operating aspects
of the management of the property.
